So here we are, one fat knacker and a diary like approach to getting my fat ass from Lands End to John O Groats in September on a push bike.
I have weight to lose and fitness to gain and I need to get from the ’25 miles hanging outta my arse’ to ‘100 plus and wanting more’ before September.
So here goes. I’ll apologise for the language now but I’m not expecting the following 8.5 months to be pretty, I don’t see why my language has to be any different.
